Here at Cardiff and Vale Property Improvements we aim to offer an exceptionally high level of workmanship, customer satisfaction and referral. Projects are mainly undertaken in the area of Penarth, Sully, Dinas Powys and Barry as well as the Cardiff area.

Before the on-set of work

Even before work can begin we will ensure that the necessary insurance is in place to cover the project. Written quotations will be provided which will detail all the works, materials and prices appertaining to the job.

Prior to works commencing a risk assessment will be carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety Regulations and Legislation.

During the work process

Whilst work is in progress you as the client will be briefed regularly on progress and any unforeseen problems or delays will be reported as soon as possible.

It is our aim to keep the site both tidy and free from any hazards so as to ensure a healthy environment.

Regular liaison will take place in respect of materials and fitting to ensure client approval.

Any unforeseen additional costs or variations to specified works will be discussed and agreed beforehand and followed up in writing.

After completion of works

On completion of works all relevant warranties, guarantees and manufacturers instructions will be delivered to the client together with necessary operating and maintenance issues.

Any problems or snags that arise in the first few following months will be followed up and rectified accordingly.
